Why do…

…both sides of an argument have to suck?
Seriously. Read both sides of an issue and you’ll find that both sides are doing the exact same thing they complain of their opponents. It’s really pathetic and very, very frustrating.
Frustrating because it means we’ll never to come to solutions or even live in peace about any issue by agreeing to disagree. Frustrating because it makes it very hard to take anyone seriously. I love to read many opinions, viewpoints and sides, but when everyone is so damn polemic, it can painful. Pathetic becuase it makes it all so hopelessly hopeless.
And I don’t feel this way just when I read about an issue that doesn’t affect me or when I’m reading from someone who disagrees with me. That pain is actually worse when they do agree with me. I feel like they weaken my argument and kinda take it personally.
